Apostolos Paralikas. Born and raised in Greece started working in his family's fields growing and selling in the local farmer's markets a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, like tomatoes, okra, artichokes, cucumbers, oranges, lemons, etc.
His dream was to study the science of how plants grow and everything about plants. He studied his BSc in Crete at the University of Crete and soon after his graduation moved to Denmark where he worked at the KVL university and the Botanical Garden of Copenhagen. After that, he studied in England at the University of Reading where he received his MSc in Horticulture.
He then moved to the US where he started importing olive oil from Greece and the same time started selling his favorite products, fruits, and vegetables. After successfully selling his olive oil company continued to grow his production company by investing in farming and packing facilities in the US as well as in Mexico, Equador, and Canada.
